Haizz..
Tommorow is MMA Sparring day.
Its really an honor for them to spar with them
I hope I am ready and will not get injured as badly.
People of different martial arts background
Win something there.
Today , I shall try out my ju-jitsu session as my last preparation.
To prepare for tmr fight.
& yes , I GET to see a cage fight.
& yes , they do play knock-outs. **Gulps**

Hapkido , Silat , Ju-jitsu , Karate , Judo , Capeoira , Taekwondo , boxing , wrestling , Jeet Kune Do ,fencing , kendo , ninjitsu , baguazhang , baihequan etc will all be there.
I'm the only aikidoka there. >.<>
